Olivun WhatsApp Data Deletion

You may request deletion of eligible information associated with your use of Olivun through WhatsApp.

Submit a request

Email info@gewahlt.com with the subject “Olivun WhatsApp Data Deletion.”

Include:

• The WhatsApp number connected to Olivun.
• The email address associated with your Olivun account or organization.
• A brief statement that you want the associated Olivun WhatsApp data deleted.

Do not include passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, or unrelated confidential information.

Verification

To protect users and organizations, we may verify your identity, control of the WhatsApp number, account membership, or authority to make the request.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible information associated with the WhatsApp integration, which may include the user binding, message content, voice-note transcripts, transport records, and related account data.

Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, audit integrity, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Data already transmitted to Meta or another connected provider may also be governed by that provider’s retention and deletion practices.

Disconnecting the WhatsApp integration or stopping messages does not automatically erase existing records. A deletion request must be submitted using the process above.
